We are a community of artists who grow together.
„Artists grow when you believe they can be more than a booking.“
Daria Elena Komuniewska — Founder & CEO
Deleyna was founded in Berlin in 2025 with a clear vision: an agency that does more than place talent — one that actively supports and develops artists.
We believe every artist is unique. That is why we offer individual support, personal development plans and a network that opens doors. At Deleyna, personality takes centre stage alongside performance.
A professional dancer with over five years of experience in the creative industry, Daria founded Deleyna with a vision of supporting every aspect of an artist’s development.

We do more than place artists — we help them develop. Every artist receives personal support, a development plan and a network that opens doors.
We are based in Berlin, and our artists work across Europe.
