These terms apply to all placement, consulting and production services provided by Deleyna Talent Agency unless agreed otherwise in writing.
A contract is formed upon written confirmation of an offer or a binding booking.
Any verbal side agreements are only valid after written confirmation.
Scope of services, fees, usage rights and potential travel costs are agreed per project.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
Short-notice cancellations may trigger cancellation fees. The cancellation terms specified in the offer or contract apply.
Usage rights for photo, video and other material are granted only to the extent contractually agreed.
Any additional use requires a separate written agreement.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, Deleyna is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable typical damages.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Berlin.
